I'm an AI, product, and engineering leader with more than 20 years building and scaling large, regulated, high-impact systems across digital infrastructure, financial services, SaaS, telecom, and consumer technology.

Today I am Head of AI, Innovation & Incubation at Equinix in London. I lead the incubation of new products and capabilities across AI/ML, hybrid cloud, energy, and next-generation technologies - finding market opportunities, accelerating experimentation, and taking ideas from concept to scalable, customer-centric outcomes.

Previously, I was Senior Director of Software Engineering at JPMorganChase, leading more than 200 engineers modernising EMEA and APAC payments. The work included AI-enhanced decisioning, real-time fraud detection, intelligent payment routing, and continuous risk scoring in a highly regulated environment.

Before that, I led around 150 engineers across BT.com, EE.co.uk, and their mobile platforms, and built a 100+ person distributed engineering organisation for Zendesk from Singapore.

I live in Maidenhead with my wife and our daughter. The UK is home, not a stepping stone. Outside work I write, speak, and try to mentor engineering leaders who are figuring out what AI actually means for their teams.
